Alexis Services Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior post-trade operations leader responsible for the entire lifecycle from trade validation to settlement across equities, futures, options, debt instruments and digital assets.

You will drive process improvements, supervise settlement workflows, ensure compliance with exchange rules, and coordinate with front-office, risk, and custodians to resolve exceptions. Fluent English and Chinese required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or closely related field.
• 10+ years in brokerage back-offices or investment bank operations; at least 5 years in people management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of front-to-back settlement workflows for equities, options, futures and fixed income.
• Familiarity with virtual asset custody/settlement, OTC products or structured notes.
• Strong grasp of local exchange clearing procedures and securities regulations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and time-management skills in high-volume environments.
• Professional fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day workflow execution across the settlement unit and audit operating procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end clearing and settlement routines across multiple asset classes.
• Champion system enhancements, lead UAT, and onboard new product streams.
• Act as the primary operational bridge between front office, risk, compliance, custodians and counterparties.
• Ensure workflows comply with statutory requirements, exchange rules and internal risk frameworks.
