Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 10 years in post-trade/back-office operations across multi-asset classes.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; written Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end post-trade processing and settlement across cash, securities, derivatives, and digital assets.
• Oversee KRIs, resolve failed trades, and manage operational incidents.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise junior staff; deputize for Head of Back Office.
