Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programmes involving multiple functions and technology workstreams.
• Demonstrated ownership of programmes with budget, schedule and delivery accountability.
• Strong programme planning and critical-path management capability.
• Experience coordinating business, technology and third-party vendors within a single programme.
• Strong experience managing budgets, resources, RAID, dependencies and executive governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme plan and delivery framework across all workstreams.
• Translate programme direction into executable workstream plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Provide integrated view of programme status across business, technology and vendors.
• Drive execution and ensure owners deliver against commitments.
• Maintain readiness, cutover and delivery within scope, timeline and budget.
• Coordinate across Technology, Finance, Legal, Commercial and other functions.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and critical-path plan.
• Identify dependencies and sequencing between functions; escalate issues to senior management.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure contractual commitments are met.
