Job summary

Airport Authority in Hong Kong seeks a senior IT PMO/Portfolio Lead to define and execute the portfolio strategy. You will oversee the IT project portfolio, manage risks, and drive PMO governance. A strong track record in standardizing processes and leading cross-functional teams is essential.

You will promote AI and automation within portfolio management, implement PMO frameworks, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure data transparency and project success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience in large-scale multi-project environments.
• 6+ years in IT Portfolio Management, PMO transformation or governance roles.
• Experience with senior business stakeholders and technology leaders in governance and planning.
• PMO-related certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Leadership to define and execute Portfolio Management and PMO strategy.
• Oversee IT project portfolio, track demands, progress, risks, and health.
• Lead PPM tool implementation and ongoing enhancements as single source of truth.
• Ensure standardized project management practices and audits.
• Promote Agile adoption and manage hybrid models and templates.
• Provide guidance to PMO team; maintain project management training.
