Hong Kong International Airport is seeking an experienced Portfolio Management/PMO leader to define and execute its IT portfolio strategy from the IT Leadership team. You will oversee the project portfolio, ensure governance across Agile and Waterfall programs, and promote standardization of PMO processes.

This role drives resource planning, tool implementation, and data transparency for senior management. A strong background in PMO transformation and stakeholder governance is required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years IT experience in large-scale, multi-project environments
• 6+ years hands-on IT Portfolio Management/PMO establishment or governance
• Experience with senior stakeholders in governance, prioritization, and strategic planning
• PMO certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred
• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM/SAFe preferred
• Experience driving standardization and organizational change across cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of PPM tools (Planview, Project Online, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, SPM)

• Define and execute the IT portfolio management and PMO strategy
• Maintain and oversee the IT project portfolio and overall health
• Optimize IT resource planning and governance for application delivery
• Lead project health assessments and PMO reporting to leadership
• Implement and standardize PMO frameworks and templates (Waterfall/Agile/hybrid)
• Guide and train project managers and PMO staff
• Promote AI and automation in portfolio management and data transparency
