Job summary

AIA is hiring for a governance and risk leadership role in Hong Kong. The position oversees the Policy Owner Service department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, driving customer-focused outcomes and risk controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required across any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in insurance operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Business Practice complies with regulatory requirements.
• Lead governance and risk initiatives within POS/Policy Owner Service.
• Discuss and negotiate with internal/external parties for customer solutions.
• Oversee Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Audit activities.
• Ensure controls in POS are effective and up to date.
• Coordinate cross-team to maintain standard-compliant practices.
