Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is looking for an experienced governance and compliance professional to support the Policy Service Department. You will oversee governance, risk management, and end-to-end control improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and reliable customer outcomes.

Applicants should have at least five years of experience in a similar role within the insurance sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University / College graduate with a strong background in governance or risk.
• Experience in operation governance and process reviews in insurance is a plus.
• Pro-active with ownership and multi-tasking ability in a fast-moving industry.

Responsibilities

• Governance and control: ensure POS transactions comply with regulations and guidelines.
• Support risk management and compliance and internal audit activities.
• Coordinate training, revise guidelines, and keep procedures up to date.
• Perform periodic audits and assist with regulatory reporting and risk initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end ownership to improve customer outcomes through compliant operations.
