Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Benefits Scheme administration is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office suite and Chinese typing.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the Policy Operations team for client insurance programs.
• Prepare renewal notices, generate invoices, and maintain client files per company protocols.
• Prepare client proposals and policy documentation.
• Support client surveys, seminars, and events with invitations and materials.
• Assist business development by supporting prospecting and database maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal control processes.
• Provide assistance to other areas of the company as required.
