Job summary

AcWise Recruitment Limited is seeking a Policy Administration Officer in Hong Kong to handle policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and amendments while keeping accurate client records and documentation in line with company requirements.

You will liaise with insurers, consultants and internal teams to ensure timely processing, perform data entry, prepare documents, and provide admin support to the servicing teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative experience in insurance or financial services.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; able to learn policy systems quickly.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in document processing.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; can multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; immediate availability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements and amendments.
• Maintain well-organised client records and policy documentation.
• Liaise with insurers, consultants and internal teams for timely processing.
• Data entry and maintenance of client and policy information in internal systems.
• Prepare, verify and dispatch policy documents to clients and insurers.
• Monitor outstanding requirements and follow up to ensure timely issuance.
• Handle post-sale servicing requests including fund switches and alterations.
• Provide administrative support to business and servicing teams.
