AcWise Recruitment Limited is seeking a Policy Administration Officer in Hong Kong to handle policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and amendments while keeping accurate client records and documentation in line with company requirements.
You will liaise with insurers, consultants and internal teams to ensure timely processing, perform data entry, prepare documents, and provide admin support to the servicing teams.

The role involves liaising with insurance companies, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of policy applications and servicing requests.
Process insurance policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and amendments accurately and efficiently
Maintain comprehensive and well-organised client records and policy documentation in compliance with company requirements
Liaise with insurance companies, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of policy applications, policy issuance, and servicing requests
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client and policy information within internal systems and databases
Prepare, verify, and dispatch policy documents, correspondence, and related materials to clients and insurance companies
Monitor outstanding requirements and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of policy issuance and servicing transactions
Handle post-sale policy servicing requests, including fund switching, withdrawals, policy alterations, and other administrative transactions
Provide administrative and operational support to the business and servicing teams as required
1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably gained within an insurance brokerage, insurance agency, wealth management, or financial services environment
HKDSE, HKCEE or above
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing documents and data
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Familiarity with policy administration systems or client database systems is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Immediate availability is highly preferred
