Job summary

IPS Group (Asia) Limited is seeking a Business Support Assistant Manager/Manager to join its Life Insurance team in Hong Kong. The role provides administrative and operational support to the life insurance business, contributing to efficient brokerage operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in admin or operational roles, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or operational role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and administrative procedures is highly desirable.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support sales advisors with end-to-end workflow, including insurance applications, meeting arrangements, and client communications.
• Assist with the administration and processing of life insurance applications, policy renewals, and client inquiries.
• Liaise with insurance providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to life insurance policies and client information.
• Assist with client onboarding by preparing and managing documentation and supporting the application process.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
