Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Policy Administration Leader to oversee end-to-end policy servicing and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong. You will lead a dedicated policy administration team, manage ILAS and HNW fund administration, and drive process improvements, automation, and AI-related enhancements to support business growth and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, insurance, finance, or related discipline.
• Approximately 8-10 years of experience in Policy Administration or Policy Servicing within the Life Insurance industry.
• Strong technical background in Life Insurance products, including ILAS and HNW fund administration.
• Demonstrated team management, supervisory, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process optimisation, change management, system enhancement, or AI/automation implementation is highly advantageous.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end life policy administration and servicing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the policy administration team, managing daily operations, setting targets, and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Manage policy adjustments and administration for Investment-Linked Assurance Schemes (ILAS) and provide fund administration support for High-Net-Worth (HNW) policies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, drive workflow automation, and support the adoption of AI and system enhancement initiatives.
• Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex policy servicing queries and operational escalations.
• Maintain accurate policy records, develop operational reports, and monitor key performance metrics, error rates, and compliance controls.
