Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a senior policy administrator to oversee end-to-end life policy administration and servicing in Hong Kong, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will lead and mentor the policy administration team, drive process improvements, and support AI and system enhancements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years in Policy Administration or Policy Servicing within Life Insurance.
• Strong technical background in Life Insurance products, ILAS and HNW fund administration.
• Proven team management, supervisory, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process optimisation, change management, system enhancement, or AI/automation is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

• Identify process improvement opportunities, drive workflow automation, and support the adoption of AI and system enhancement initiatives.
• Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex policy servicing queries and operational escalations.
• Maintain accurate policy records, develop operational reports, and monitor key performance metrics, error rates, and compliance controls.
