Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a senior Life Insurance Policy Administration Lead to oversee daily policy operations, ensuring accuracy and high client experience. You will drive process improvements and coach the team in line with evolving procedures and market changes.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree or above, LOMA/FLMI, and at least eight years of policy administration experience, with strong AML/FATCA/CRS knowledge and change leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or above with relevant compliance exposure.
• LOMA/FLMI certification or equivalent life insurance knowledge.
• 8+ years of solid policy administration experience in life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of policy administration to maintain service level with accuracy and uplift client experience
• Identify and implement system and service enhancements for process streamlining
• Provide training and coaching to subordinates to cope with business and market changes with updated procedures and documentation
• Lead and drive team to adapt changes with flexibility and competence
• Support ad-hoc project when required
