Randstad Hong Kong Limited, a leading staffing firm, seeks a Senior Officer, Policy Administration - Life insurance. You will manage comprehensive policy administration, handle changes and fund transactions, and ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs and SLAs.

You will support product implementations, participate in testing, and assist in formulating SOPs and training. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.

• Work under supervision to execute end-to-end system enhancements and training.
• Draft and update SOPs, manuals, and forms.
• Support ad hoc tasks and strategic projects as directed.

Senior Officer, Policy Administration - Life insurance

Manage comprehensive policy administration and after-sales servicing requests, including policy alterations, ownership or beneficiary changes, fund transactions, and policy surrenders.

Deliver high-accuracy servicing and ensure all processing meets strict standard operating procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain full alignment with internal contract provisions and strict industry regulatory compliance standards across all handling tasks.

Participate actively in product implementation and perform comprehensive testing to ensure system enhancements meet business requirements.

Work under supervision of the team leader to execute end-to-end system enhancements, deliver user training, inspect post-implementation results, and resolve operational issues.

Draft and update standard operating procedures, manuals, and operational forms as instructed.

Support ad hoc operational tasks and strategic project assignments as directed by line management.

Degree holder from a recognized university.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in life policy services for the Officer level.

Hands-on knowledge of life insurance operations is highly advantageous.

Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

Keen interest in life operations project execution with strong time management, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
