Job summary

OKX is seeking a dedicated VIP Relationship Manager to focus on Poland and broader Europe. You will drive onboarding, retention, and growth of VIP clients including HNWIs, family offices, and prop desks, while coordinating with the institutional team to expand revenue streams.

You will shape revenue strategy, collaborate with product for client feedback, and ensure strict KYC/AML compliance across cross-border activities. Strong leadership and multilingual capabilities are prized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in fintech/crypto.
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional CEE languages is a plus.
• 5+ years in VIP business development and account management in crypto/fintech/trading/wealth management.
• Proven track record of driving trading volume, AUM growth, and high-value onboarding/retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and retention of VIP clients to maximize AUM in Europe.
• Formulate and execute revenue strategy based on OKX European product offerings.
• Lead partnerships across Europe and negotiate to expand revenue streams.
• Manage relationships with HNWIs and key clients ensuring positive experiences.
• Oversee compliance, KYC/AML processes and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with legal, product, and ops teams to mitigate risk and improve client experience.
