Job summary

OSL in Hong Kong seeks a high-performing VIP Relationship Manager to grow and deepen connections with PI, UHNW individuals, and VIPs, emphasizing digital assets and crypto opportunities. The role targets onboarding new clients and boosting trading volume across EFTD rate and related products.

Ideal candidates should have a strong PI/UHNW network, proven onboarding success, and a passion for crypto. SFC Type 1 license is preferred, with fluent English and Mandarin, and a robust network in private

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
• Proven track record in acquiring onboarding PI/UHNW/VIP clients
• Strong interest and familiarity with digital assets, crypto trading or Web3
• SFC Type 1 license (dealing in securities) is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with PI, UHNW individuals, and VIPs focusing on digital assets
• Proactively source, pitch, and onboard new VIP clients through the onboarding journey
• Promote and market the firm's investment products and digital asset offerings to increase engagement and trading activity
• Lead end-to-end client lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and long-term retention of VIP clients
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, Trading to ensure compliant onboarding and execution
