OKX is seeking an experienced VIP Product Lead to develop exclusive product experiences and service solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. You will shape the strategy for the VIP product line, enhancing customer retention and platform AUM.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in product management, particularly in the Web3/Crypto space, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. A competitive compensation package and numerous perks will be offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience.
• Understanding of exchange products like institutional services and VIP incentive programs.
• Experience with CEXs, brokerages, or high-net-worth clients.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning and iteration of OKX VIP-related products.
• Collaborate to identify VIP customer needs for actionable features.
• Lead design of VIP customer lifecycle management solutions.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration for project delivery.
• Monitor market trends for localized product strategies.
• Leverage data analysis for user experience optimization.
• Establish competitor analysis for service differentiation.
