Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead data and analytics initiatives, driving successful delivery within client satisfaction and budget targets. This on-site role requires PMP certification and extensive data management/BI implementation experience in government or education sectors.

The position is a 1-year renewable contract based in Ang Mo Kio, with standard hours and a $5,000–$7,000 monthly salary plus a $50 allowance. Singaporean applicants only.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification is required.
• 5+ years in Data Management and BI implementations.
• Experience delivering 2–3 end-to-end data warehouse/visualization/analytics projects.
• Prior MINDEF project experience and security/compliance familiarity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data and analytics projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage scope, dependencies and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Oversee resources to meet gross margin and financial targets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure delivery meets quality, time and cost standards.
• Coordinate task execution for efficient outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders and clients to support project success.
• Coach and develop project team members to improve performance.
• Lead proposal development with accurate cost estimation.
