Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a Data Business Analyst and Project Manager to drive data-enabled initiatives across retail operations and analytics teams. You will own end-to-end project governance, translate complex data concepts for senior stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with data engineering and front-end BI teams.

The role requires proven PM experience in data or enterprise systems, strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills

Formación

Proven track record leading data, analytics, or enterprise system implementation projects.
Proficiency in modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, RAID logs).
Highly self-driven with ownership, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong articulation skills.

Responsabilidades

Create and execute comprehensive project plans, track cross-workstream dependencies, identify key risks, and establish proactive mitigation strategies.
Translate complex data concepts into clear messages for senior leadership and business unit leads across the region.
Take complete accountability for program milestones, ensuring alignment between retail operations, data engineering, and front-end BI teams.
