Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd invites an experienced IT Business Analyst & Scrum Master to support large-scale IT projects, especially in Singapore government environments. The role balances 80% business analysis and 20% Agile/Scrum delivery support, working with multi-vendor teams and ensuring SDLC compliance.

You will lead requirements gathering, document BRD/FRD, manage stakeholders, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, SIT/UAT, and delivery tracking in a high-pressure, client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of IT delivery experience, including 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proven experience with Singapore Government/public-sector IT projects.
• Experience with complex systems, integrations, multi-vendor environments, and mission-critical systems.
• Strong experience in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, SIT/UAT, and SDLC.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and traceability.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage business, technical, government, vendor, and project stakeholders.
• Develop BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and requirements documentation.
• Work with architects, developers, QA, vendors, and project teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Manage requirement changes, impact analysis, risks, dependencies, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, impediment resolution, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC, audit, and documentation requirements.
