Job summary

Captiare seeks a seasoned Data Project Manager to lead and drive project deliveries within a reputable regional bank. You will perform PM functions across scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, communications and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in data project management, leadership, stakeholder management, and familiarity with data infrastructures in regulated banking environments.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' work experience in system implementation or Data project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive data project deliveries (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Data Analytics) in Banking or Financial sectors.

My client, a reputable regional bank, seeks a seasoned Data Project Manager to manage and drive project deliveries. Performing PM functions: project preparation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, which covers the related areas in scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, communication, security, procurement and stakeholders.

Key requirements are listed as below:

University graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline is preferred;

Minimum 10 years' work experience in system implementation or Data project management, which cover the followings:

• Sound leadership, project management and presentation skills
• Sound project experience in managing Data Projects (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Data Analytics) in Banking or Financial sectors
• Strong capability of stakeholder communication and management
• Strong capability of analytical thinking, problem solving
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, mature and independent
• Excellent decision-making skills and conflict management skills
• Good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Knowledge of Cloud Data Infrastructure is an advantage
• Project management qualification (e.g. PMP, CSM) is an advantage
• Experience in managing scaled Cloud Data projects is an advantage
• Experience in working with Regulators, Compliance is an advantage
• Experience in using Confluence, Jira is an advantage
