TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst specialising in Analytics to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Based in the Ang Mo Kio North-East Region, this role offers competitive remuneration of up to $4,000 plus variable bonus. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging analytics to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst within the ICT sector.
Ability to gather, interpret and communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
CBAP or similar certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and interpret business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
Design and develop analytics solutions providing actionable insights.
Create specifications and documentation for systems development and implementation.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process optimisation.
Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations for senior management.
Perform UAT and QA on new systems and enhancements.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain documentation of processes and methodologies.
Support change management and train end-users.
