Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a qualified project manager to support educational initiatives within the Veterinary Clinical Training Centre project in Mainland China. The role reports to the Senior Manager and focuses on day-to-day oversight, planning, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business disciplines or related fields.
5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement the project including project planning and management.
Coordinate budgets and monitor timelines across workstreams.
Draft management reports, committee papers, and presentation materials.
Support procurement processes and budget planning.
Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with stakeholders.
