Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Manager, Charities (Health - Institutional Facility Project) to drive planning, development, and implementation of the Institutional Research Facility and related health projects. The role involves coordinating with government agencies, NGOs, and internal teams to ensure timely grant conditions and reporting compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 3-8 years' relevant experience in project support or coordination
• Experience with government, NGOs, education sector or professional bodies is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to present data clearly
• Strong research, analytical and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and commissioning of the Research Building, tracking timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Provide administrative and coordination support for governance of the Institutional Facility for Research
• Liaise with Government bureaux/departments, external agencies and internal divisions, prepare submissions and follow up on information requests
• Compile progress data and support reports and briefing materials
• Prepare briefing materials, summaries and correspondence for the project and related facility
• Perform other duties as assigned
