Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Manager, Owners Engagement and Services (Mainland) to lead ownership development initiatives and deliver personalised services to Mainland Members and Owners across Hong Kong and Mainland China. You will supervise a team of relationship managers, coordinate onboarding and events, and drive recruitment and engagement efforts in alignment with the Club's strategy.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in customer services within Mainland markets, strong Putonghua

Qualifications

A degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years' experience in customer services environment with Mainland markets.
Native Mainlander is an advantage.
Excellent command of Putonghua, English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Assisting Senior Manager in planning and conducting owner acquisition, cultivation and engagement events in HK, Mainland and Overseas.
Supervising and captaining a team of owners relationship managers for Mainland Members/Owners.
Managing onboarding and events for new Mainland Owners and coordinating inquiries among Mainland Owners and HK stakeholders.
Formulating Ownership Membership development strategies and executing recruitment drives with Mainland Membership team.
Streamlining business processes with key partners to improve productivity.
Providing content development support for Mainland marketing publications and governance materials.
