The Hong Kong Jockey Club invites applications for the role of Deputy Executive Manager, Charities (Health - Institutional Facility Project). The role focuses on monitoring project progress, governance safeguards, and grant condition enforcement across the lifecycle of a large-scale institutional facility project.

Reporting to Executive Manager, Charities, the job also supports publicity, coordination with government bodies and external agencies, and ensuring robust financial and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 8–12 years' experience in project governance, capital works management and stakeholder liaison.
• Experience with government, NGOs, education sector and/or professional bodies is preferred.
• Proven track record in governance, budget control and risk management is advantageous.
• Strong writing, presentation and publicity skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate planning and commissioning of the institutional facility, monitor budget and deliverables, identify risks.
• Support governance for the research facility and ensure alignment with grant conditions.
• Liaise with Government bureaux/departments, external agencies and internal divisions to coordinate submissions and reports.
• Consolidate progress, financial and performance reports for senior management.
• Prepare briefing materials, speeches and support publicity for the facility.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
