China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (CMHK) is seeking a Platform Planning professional to craft the roadmap and build platform capabilities, aligned with corporate strategy. You will establish policies, manage platform demand, and support decision making with data-driven analysis.

This role focuses on scalable B2B platforms and internal efficiency systems in HK. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in platform planning, a CS/IT degree, and strong SQL/Excel/Tableau/Power BI skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in platform planning or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Strong capability in product & platform planning, data analysis and decision support.
• Experience leading B2B platform development or large scale internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the platform development roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Develop platform construction, operation & management policies and SLA.
• Optimize functional requirements for better user experience and scalability.
• Perform business analysis, cost analysis and risk alerts with recommendations.
• Analyze status and risks, maintain user satisfaction and platform health.
• Build and maintain the platform knowledge base and help center materials.
• Prepare online/offline campaign materials and industry benchmark documents.

In this position, you will:

Platform Planning: Formulate the platform development roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy, build and supplement missing platform capabilities.

Platform Policy Establishment: Develop platform construction, operation & management policies, management rules and platform SLA.

Platform Demand Management: Continuously optimize platform functional requirements to enhance user experience, including control plane construction, capacity, product and solution on/offline function optimization.

Business Analysis & Decision Support: Conduct business analysis, cost analysis and efficiency analysis; identify risk alerts and propose optimization recommendations.

Platform Indicator System: Analyze technical and business status & risks, maintain user satisfaction and platform health.

Platform Knowledge Base Development: Build platform knowledge library; regularly update user manuals, FAQs, documents and help center materials.

Platform Material Preparation: Develop online & offline campaign materials, tech salon, summit and industry benchmark case documents.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

5 years or above relevant working experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, Information Security, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.

Strong capability in product & platform planning, data analysis and decision-making support.

Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau / Power BI and other data visualization & analytical tools.

Led end-to-end 0-to-1 construction or major architecture upgrade of large B2B platforms or internal efficiency platforms; Practical experience in control panel, permission management, billing system, resource on/offline modules is preferred.

PMP, NPDP, ITIL or Data Analyst certifications are preferred.
