Job summary

CMHK is seeking a senior Platform Operations professional to design operation strategies, traffic governance and a growth roadmap for the LLM PaaS/SaaS platform. You will develop token cost models, quota allocation and risk controls to drive API usage while ensuring platform security and compliance.

You will build tiered pricing, monitor metrics such as ARPU and token consumption, and formulate strategies to acquire, retain and re-engage users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant platform operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Deep understanding of token cost mechanisms and context window.
• Familiar with API lifecycle management, rate limiting, authentication and billing.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools with data sensitivity.
• Ability to abstract operational activities into platform capabilities.

In this position, you will

Design operation strategies, traffic governance and growth roadmap for the LLM PaaS/SaaS platform. Develop scientific Token cost & quality systems, quota allocation and risk control strategies to drive growth in platform API usage and active users while ensuring platform security and compliance.

Token Platform Operations: Build tiered pricing, package and billing models for LLM APIs based on the intelligent computing platform; monitor and analyze operational metrics including ARPU, retention rate and Token consumption trends to continuously optimize commercial ROI of the platform.

Traffic & Growth Strategy: Formulate user acquisition, retention and re-engagement strategies for internal and external users. Drive sustainable growth of API call volume by optimizing technical documentation, building case libraries and organizing developer events.

Quota & Multi-tenant Governance: Establish enterprise-grade Token quota allocation and dynamic adjustment mechanisms, and design refined QPS/RPM rate limiting schemes for different business lines and clients.

Traffic Risk Control & Security Audit: Build compliance review and risk control mechanisms for LLM input/output (Prompt/Completion) to prevent content violations, malicious scraping, privilege escalation and Prompt Injection attacks, securing platform traffic.

Cost & FinOps Analysis: Regularly deliver Token cost & revenue analysis reports, and implement refined computing resource consumption accounting for different models and business lines.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

5 years or above relevant working experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, Information Security, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.

Deep understanding of Token calculation mechanisms, Context Window, input/output cost differences and multimodal consumption characteristics.

Familiar with API lifecycle management, and gateway fundamentals including rate limiting, authentication and billing logic.

Proficient in SQL and BI tools, with strong data sensitivity and FinOps cost control awareness.

Capable of abstracting standalone operational activities into systematic platform capabilities.
