China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (CMHK) seeks a skilled professional to lead ecosystem governance and partner development. You will establish onboarding workflows, manage partnerships, and drive joint solution development with developers, startups, and universities.

You will also oversee SLA management, enablement programs, and performance tracking to ensure ecosystem success and revenue growth for CMHK.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, AI, or related fields.
• Strong strategic and commercial insight with full-lifecycle governance standards.
• Experience in partner or channel development and SLA management.
• Proven ability to deliver joint solutions and drive ecosystem revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Establish ecosystem governance policies and onboarding workflows for partners.
• Develop and manage partner/channel communications and contract signing.
• Lead ecosystem co-creation including onboarding, joint solution development, and certifications.
• Manage ecosystem SLAs, enablement, incentives, and offboarding processes.
• Develop documentation, training, incubations for developers/startups/universities/SMEs.
• Track metrics on enablement volume, revenue contribution, and satisfaction.

In this position, you will

• Ecosystem Governance Framework: Establish ecosystem management policies, define onboarding and offboarding workflows for ecosystem partners.
• Partner (Channel) Development: Conduct partnership communication, qualification assessment and contract signing.
• Ecosystem Co-creation: Partner onboarding, joint solution development, certification system setup, joint marketing and commercial opportunity sharing.
• Ecosystem SLA Management: Deliver enablement, performance assessment, incentive and offboarding management for ecosystem partners.
• Ecosystem Application for Developers / Startups / Universities / SMEs: Provide documentation, training and incubation programs and other support.
• Performance Assessment: Track metrics including ecosystem enablement volume, ecosystem value (revenue) and ecosystem satisfaction.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• 5 years or above relevant working experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, Information Security, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.
• Excellent holistic vision and commercial insight; develop full-lifecycle ecosystem governance standards aligned with corporate strategy, clearly define standardized workflows for ecosystem onboarding, enablement, assessment and offboarding.
• Proficient in SLA management system; build scientific performance and incentive frameworks, drive partner performance differentiation via data tracking (enablement volume, revenue contribution, satisfaction).
• Rich experience in partner/channel development and SLA management; proven track record of delivering joint solutions and driving ecosystem revenue growth is preferred.
• Experience operating developer platforms, startup incubation programs or SaaS marketplaces; Familiar with technical documentation, API access and developer training system construction are advantages
