China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (CMHK) is seeking a Network Optimization Engineer to perform initial troubleshooting and optimization across micro-grid networks in Hong Kong. You will analyze issues, implement coverage and high-load improvements, and manage data across grid systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network optimization.
• Solid understanding of fundamental network issue analysis methods and optimization techniques.
• Ability to execute plans and conduct testing, with the capability to independently complete data collection and data organization.
• Proficient in signaling analysis tools, map software, office software, and internal digital tools.
• Strong data processing and tool operation skills.

In this position, you will:
