Job summary

CHINA MOBILE HONG KONG COMPANY LIMITED (CMHK) invites senior professionals to join our team focusing on IT/CT capability building, operation, and integration support. You will coordinate internal teams, promote in-house capabilities to users, and assist product managers with reuse and composition for releases.

We emphasize monitoring, performance assessment, and data-driven decision making, including DAU/MAU and capability utilization metrics.

In this position, you will

• Capability Accumulation: Guide IT/CT domain capability building & enrichment based on corporate capability map and technology roadmap.
• Capability Operation: Coordinate internal technical teams to solidify capabilities; promote high-quality in-house capabilities to internal & external users, and support product managers to reuse and combine capabilities for release.
• Capability Integration Support: Respond to IT/CT capability integration requirements from platform users; guide clients through capability ordering and complete integration delivery.
• Launched Product Promotion & Platform User Service Support.
• Network Capability Monitoring: Monitor platform underlying and integrated capabilities, and deliver periodic capability operation reports.
• Performance Assessment: Track metrics including number of launched capabilities, capability utilization rate, stability, DAU/MAU.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• 5 years or above relevant working experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, Information Security, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.
• Solid CT (Communication Technology) or IT (Internet Technology) fundamentals. Familiar with network architecture, cloud native, API interfaces and microservices; able to quickly understand and sort out complex technical capability maps.
• Master user growth strategies including acquisition, activation, retention and conversion (repurchase/upsell); independently design and execute online & offline promotion activities.
• Skilled in data analysis; build monitoring system around DAU/MAU, capability utilization and number of launched capabilities; deliver high-quality operation analysis reports regularly.
• Prior experience in technical product operation is preferred
