Job summary

Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Factory Deputy General Manager stationed in PRC to lead day-to-day plant operations, production planning, safety and environmental programs. You will coordinate with all departments to improve management efficiency, manage schedules, deliveries, and capacity expansion to reduce costs, and develop performance standards while supervising staff.

Station in China or Southeast Asia; strong leadership and 10+ years experience in factory

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above required.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, diligent and accountable.
• 10+ years' experience, at least 5 years in factory management; large/medium factory background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations.
• Coordinate production planning, safety, environment, logistics and storage.
• Foster inter-department coordination to improve efficiency.
• Manage production schedule, delivery and capacity expansion.
