Job summary

CPJobs International in Hong Kong is seeking a Factory Manager to oversee overall plant management, production planning and facility maintenance to ensure efficiency and cost control. You will lead multiple departments and ensure projects are executed smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience in toys manufacturing, strong leadership and analytical skills, and fluent English and Mandarin. A LEAN production background is a plus, with degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years relevant experience preferably in Toys manufacturing industry.
• LEAN production experience will be a plus.
• Excellent leadership with analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
