Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited is seeking a Deputy Financial Controller stationed in the PRC to lead financial operations at manufacturing sites. You will implement policies, manage costs, and drive forecasts while ensuring robust internal controls and governance across plants.

The role requires strong accounting expertise, supervisory skills, and a deep understanding of HK/PRC regulations. Candidates with prior manufacturing finance leadership are preferred.

Competenze

• At least 5 years accounting experience at managerial level.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations.
• Able to supervise a sizable team and manage full set of manufacturing accounts.

Requirements

• Diploma or above;
• At least 5 years accounting experience at managerial level;
• Previous experience in manufacturing industry is a must;
• Strong sense on cost control and business mind;
• Demonstratestrong accounting conceptand familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices;
• Able to supervise a sizable team and manage of full set of manufacturing accounts and accounting system development;
• Excellent coordination, supervisory and management skills;
• Good communication and sound analytical skills;
• Station in PRC/Overseas, with stationed experience is an advantage.
