Job summary

Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited is seeking a Deputy Financial Controller stationed in the PRC to lead financial operations at manufacturing sites. You will implement policies, manage costs, and drive forecasts while ensuring robust internal controls and governance across plants.

The role requires strong accounting expertise, supervisory skills, and a deep understanding of HK/PRC regulations. Candidates with prior manufacturing finance leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years accounting experience at managerial level.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations.
• Able to supervise a sizable team and manage full set of manufacturing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Implement system flow, accounting and internal control policies according to company guidelines and requirements.
• Shape and drive the implementation of the company financial strategy including cost control, delivery of forecasts, monthly management accounts.
• Ensure financial control is maintained with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control and governance requirements.
• Focus on daily operations with all financial matters within your responsible plants.
• Perform ad hoc projects.
