Job summary

Simatelex Manufactory Co., Ltd. – Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong Island, invites high-caliber candidates for the role of Assistant Factory Manager / Sr Production Engineering Manager (Qingyuan Stationed).

You will support the management team in overseeing all factory operations, with 3,000+ staff, focusing on production planning, engineering, process improvement, quality control, and cost management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, with 10+

Qualifications

Degree or above in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 10 years relevant experience, with 5 years in a managerial position in manufacturing.
Solid experience in electrical product manufacturing and factory operations.
Experience in lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable.
Strong English and Chinese communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of factory operations and a 3,000+ staff site.
Monitor day-to-day production planning and scheduling, engineering, and progress.
Drive process improvement, quality control, resource allocation and cost management.
Support the management team to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.
Lead problem solving and team management with attention to detail.
