Chiyu Banking Corp Ltd is seeking a branch-based customer service professional to provide high quality service and handle inquiries. You will identify customer needs and offer banking services and solutions to help achieve business targets.

You will assist Personal Banking Managers in maintaining customer relationships and promote product campaigns to acquire new business and build loyalty. Compliance MRCS references apply.

Qualificações

• University degree / Associate degree holders, or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience
• HKIB banking professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE will be an advantage
• Sales and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality customer service and handle customers' inquiry in branch network
• Identify customer needs and provide banking services and solutions in order to achieve business targets
• Assist Personal Banking Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships
• Promote product campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty
• Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed
