Fresh graduates or degree holders with sales aptitude are welcome. HKIB/ECF/CB qualifications are a plus; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. We offer a supportive team, training, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• University/Associate degree or above.
• Fresh graduates with some banking exposure are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Sales and customer service mindset is important.
• Knowledge of HKSI IIQE and HKIB qualifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality of customer service and handle customers’ inquiry in branch network
• Identify customer needs and provide banking services and solutions in order to achieve business targets
• Assist Personal Banking Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships
• Promote product campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty
• Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed

Requirements

• University degree / Associate degree holders, and fresh graduates; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably sales & marketing experience in banking industry
• HKIB banking professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE will be an advantage
• Sales and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
