Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead corporate banking product strategy and development across assets, liabilities, trade and cash management. You will collaborate with sales, retail, treasury and cross-border teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires 5–10 years of product development and management experience in corporate banking, with strong project management and English/Chinese communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements for all corporate products and services.
• Provide product training to frontline staff and review policies and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product strategy and new product opportunities for corporate banking, including assets, liabilities, trade, cash management products and electronic banking channel management
• Drive sales efforts for corporate banking products and services, working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Formulate product & service solution for targeted clients and work across business lines with retail banking, treasury functions and etc for collaboration
• Assist to lead and manage a team of product managers to achieve business objectives
• Ensure that all corporate products and services comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirement
• Promote brand image of corporate banking through promotional campaigns and establishing marketing materials
• Review policies & procedures, and risk assessment materials to analyze the compliance and operational risks in products and services
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Conduct product training to front line staff
• Ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superior members
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above in BBA, Finance or other related disciplines
• HKIB banking professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) preferred
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in product development and management for corporate banking business
• Strong knowledge of corporate products, with in-depth knowledge of the full product development cycle for assets, liabilities, trade, cash management products and electronic banking channel management
• Experience in cross-border products/ custodian service/ Virtual Assets Trading Platform (VATP)/ Stable-coins/ API development and implementation is highly preferred
• Strong project management, interpersonal, presentation skills and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
