Job summary

Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is inviting an experienced branch manager to lead daily operations and drive service excellence across our network.

You will oversee staff, achieve sales targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of customer care while mentoring a professional team in a fast-paced cross-border banking environment.

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent qualification.
• HKIB banking professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ banking experience of which at least 3 years of supervision experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Qualification of HKSI, IIQE & MPF.
• Familiar with retail banking products and services.
• Result-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and organizing skills.
