Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) invites applications for a Personal Banking role. The candidate will provide one-stop personal banking services at branches and explore long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include identifying customers' needs and offering appropriate products such as accounts, mortgages, credit cards and loans, while supporting branch operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Diploma or above and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• Sound knowledge and solid experience in retail banking products & services will be preferred.
• IIQE 1/2 qualifications are advantageous for Assistant Customer Service Manager.
• Outgoing with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to develop a career in Personal Banking.
• Customer-oriented with sensitivity to customer needs and opportunities.
• Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop personal banking services at branches.
• Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and promote suitable financial products & services (e.g. account opening, mortgage, credit cards, personal loan, insurance).
• Support branch operations by coordinating with other internal departments.
• Comply with laws and regulatory requirements.
