Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to manage personal and business affairs, calendar, and communications with confidentiality. You will coordinate with the Marketing Team and oversee event planning, while providing comprehensive secretarial support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years as an EA/PA to C-levels, strong English and Chinese skills, and proficiency with MS Office and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3–5+ years of experience as an EA, PA to C-levels
  • High level of integrity, emotional intelligence and discretion regarding personal/private matters
  • Able to manage multi tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Independent, organized, mature with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)

Responsibilities

  • Handle the director's daily personal affairs, meeting schedule, business arrangements, with high confidentiality
  • Manage incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and act as the primary gatekeeper for the director
  • Execute personal and professional daily instructions swiftly and effectively
  • Oversee the Marketing Team's daily workflow, task progress, and campaign deadlines on behalf of the director
  • Provide full-range secretarial support to the Director, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Assist in hosting and organizing staff training sessions and company events
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities to support the Director's objectives
  • Handle personal matters for the Director and their family, ensuring confidentiality and trust

Key Responsibilities :


  • Personal & Business Affairs: Handle the director daily personal affairs, meeting schedule, business arrangements, with high confidentiality.

  • Calendar & Communication: Manage incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and act as the primary gatekeeper for the director.

  • Ad-hoc Support: Execute personal and professional daily instructions swiftly and effectively.

  • Marketing Team Oversight & Execution

  • Team Oversight: Monitor the marketing team’s daily workflow, task progress, and campaign deadlines on behalf of the director.

  • Comprehensive Secretarial Support: Provide a full range of high-quality secretarial services to the Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Event Organization: Assist in hosting and organizing staff training sessions and company events, such as the Annual Dinner and other activities.

  • Multi-tasking and Coordination: Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities to support the Director's objectives.

  • Personal Assistance: Handle personal matters for the Director and their family, ensuring confidentiality and trust.



Requirements :


  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • 3–5+ years of experience as an EA, PA to C-levels

  • High level of integrity, emotional intelligence and discretion regarding personal/private matters

  • Able to manage multi tasks effectively and efficiently

  • Independent, organize, mature with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS office, Power Point and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
