Job summary

AISL Harrow Schools in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Executive to provide coordination and administrative support across employee engagement, onboarding, talent management and recruitment. The role will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition team to ensure HR initiatives are delivered effectively and provide a positive employee and candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Clear, articulate and professional communication skills.
• Strong organisation, coordination and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interested in developing a long-term career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support across employee engagement, onboarding, talent management and talent acquisition activities.
• Work closely with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition team to deliver HR initiatives effectively.
• Maintain HR trackers, records, reports and presentation materials.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, events and follow-up actions.
• Assist with recruitment events, employee stories and candidate engagement activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure HR activities are delivered on time.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team.
