Job summary

CPJobs International is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Officer/Senior HR Assistant (Recruitment) to support end-to-end hiring in Hong Kong. You will post jobs, source candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews, extend offers, and help new hires settle in.

This role also manages HRIS data, maintains employee records, coordinates recruitment events, processes visa applications, and provides admin support on ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience in a sizable firm.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR practices.
• Strong communication and detail orientation; eager to learn.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment lifecycle including posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Input data and maintain HRIS/database; manage employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, exhibitions, and career talks.
• Process work visa applications and renewals.
• Provide HR admin support and assist ad hoc projects.
