Job summary

P & A CONSULTANT LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and administration. You will liaise with internal and external parties, manage onboarding for early careers, payroll & compensation processes, and maintain accurate headcount records.

The role requires strong written and spoken English and Chinese, a degree in Business Administration or HR, and a progressive HR mindset. A five-day work week is offered with discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Five-day workweek with 8am-4pm schedule
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• At least 3 years of HR experience
• End-to-End Early Careers Recruitment & Onboarding
• Payroll & compensation administration experience
• Exposure to HR systems and employee benefits management

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal & external parties for daily HR operation & administration
• Organise Staff Engagement, Wellness & Communication Initiatives.
• Deliver full employee life-cycle services
• Maintain accurate headcount databases and track leave records
