Job summary

Sidefame Ltd seeks a people-oriented People & Culture Specialist to own HR operations, payroll, and C&B. You will partner with frontline staff and business units, blending payroll, commissions, and C&B with high-energy employee engagement.

You will optimize HRIS data, deliver full HR support, and lead onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a smooth employee journey. Strong HK C&B knowledge and Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in C&B operations, particularly retail or luxury sectors.
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
• Strong baseline in HK C&B operations (payroll, MPF, taxation, insurance).
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and punctual with payroll deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Immediate available / short notice is advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll, complex commissions, and final payments with accuracy.
• Master core C&B operations including MPF, LSP/SP, work injury, medical scheme enrollments, annual tax returns.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS data to drive efficient HR operations.
• Provide full-spectrum HR support across recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding to align with brand culture.
• Support HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to enhance team culture.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and response times.
