Job summary

Sidefame Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to partner with HR functions and deliver value-added services to the PwC line of service. You will support talent development, handle employee relations, and drive data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years HR experience in multinational environments, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, social science, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in Human Resources in professional services or multinational environment.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR leaders in talent development and employee relations.
