You will design Case Types, Stages, Flows, Data Pages, and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role focuses on implementing scalable automation using Pega best practices, contributing to transformation initiatives and working with testing

Qualificações

3 to 5 years of IT experience, with process automation or BPM emphasis.
Hands-on experience with Pega Platform development.
Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, workflow design, stages, and flows.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data pages.
Previous leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and automation specialists.
Lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes using Pega Case Management and workflow capabilities.
Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Pega best practices.
Develop and maintain Case Types, Stages, Flows, Data Pages, and system integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and solution designs.
Work closely with testing teams to ensure solution quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Support process optimization and automation initiative delivery.
