Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a skilled professional to lead enterprise process automation initiatives using the Pega Platform. You will mentor developers, drive technical excellence, and guide the design and continuous improvement of business processes with Pega Case Management and workflow capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in process automation, BPM, or workflow solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience developing solutions on the Pega Platform.
• Strong understanding of Pega Case Management, Workflow design, Stages and Flows, Process modelling best practices.
• Experience with Pega Rules development, Data Pages, Declarative Rules, REST/SOAP integrations, Connectors and Services.
• Knowledge of Pega Blueprint is preferred.
• Experience with Pega RPA or RPA integration is advantageous.
• Previous team leadership or technical mentoring experience is advantageous.
